Solano's Family Resource Centers (FRCs) are neighborhood-based agencies dedicated to supporting families and strengthening communities. The centers offer a welcoming space for families to access information, learn about available services, connect with other families, and participate in community activities. Dixon Family Services
Dixon Family Services is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all families and individuals in the diverse community. Intervention and support services are bolstered by collaboration with local schools, churches, businesses, and community organizations. Please note, walk-in services or emergency assistance are not available. To access services, please make an appointment. Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District
Since 1995, Fairfield-Suisun Family Resource Centers have provided targeted support services, focusing on improving family dynamics for households with children ages 0-18. In collaboration with community partnerships, the centers offer essential resource and referral services to help families thrive. With three locations in Fairfield and Suisun City elementary schools, the centers are easily accessible and effective in serving vulnerable populations. Rio Vista CARE
Rio Vista CARE, a nonprofit 501(C)(3) counseling and family resource center, serves Delta towns and rural areas as the region’s sole low-cost professional counseling provider for over 30 years. Founded in 1985, Rio Vista CARE offers professional counseling. Services extend to all River Delta Unified School District elementary schools from Courtland to Rio Vista. Vacaville FIRST Office
The Vacaville Police Department’s FIRST Office operates the Vacaville Family Resource Center, which provides a space for families to get information, learn about valuable resources, and receive assistance. The FRC is a free drop-in referral and information center for Vacaville residents. Spanish speaking services are available. Operating on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the teams are dedicated to enhancing community safety and well-being. For more information, please contact them directly.

Fighting Back Partnership
Fighting Back Partnership, a 501c3 nonprofit, is dedicated to ending poverty's effects in Vallejo and Solano County by addressing systemic issues like racism, poverty cycles, food deserts, education, and wage disparities. They provide crisis support, economic development, and initiatives to increase safety, eliminate blight, and reduce youth alcohol and tobacco use. Vallejo Family Resource Center (FRC) offers resources and referrals, basic needs and homeless assistance, mentoring, parenting support, and education.
