Parent Cafes
A Safe and Supportive Space for Families

Parent Cafés are welcoming spaces where parents and caregivers can connect, share, and support one another through the ups and downs of raising a family. In a warm and judgment-free environment, you’ll have the chance to reflect, learn from others, and gain new insights to help strengthen your family.
Through meaningful conversations and peer-to-peer learning, Parent Cafés focus on the Strengthening Families Protective Factors, helping you discover your own strengths and build strategies that work for you. These gatherings are designed to uplift and empower, leaving you feeling inspired, supported, and ready to put what you’ve learned into action.
