The Solano County Parenting Partnership is a
collaborative of more than 40 organizations. Its membership
includes non-profit organizations, county agencies, child
care providers, parents, educators, medical professionals,
and community members. The Parenting Partnership is
dedicated to linking families with parenting resources,
classes and support programs that strengthen the
parent-child relationship.
Current Goals and Activities:
 | Facilitate networking and collaboration between
agencies offering parenting services |
 | Identify and address gaps and overlaps in parenting
services |
 | Create a system for referring families to parenting
programs appropriate to their needs |
 | Raise public awareness of available parenting services
and the importance of positive involvement of parents in
their children’s lives |
 | Identify funding sources to support the activities of
the Parenting Partnership |

 | Add your parenting classes & programs to our on-line,
searchable parenting database |
 | Attend the Parenting Partnership general meetings
held quarterly |
 | Join one of our four committees: Awareness/Outreach
committee, Funding committee, Centralized Referral
committee, Provider Networking committee |
