Historically, the funding formula for the Solano Family Resource Center
Network has been determined by the Solano Children's Alliance. This formula
required that each FRC receive a baseline amount. The baseline is intended
to assure that every city has the basic amount required to have at least a
half time staff person and related housing and administrative support
essential to having FRC service in place, regardless of community size.
Those communities with over 10,000 children then receive the balance of the
funds based on census data and any specialized need.
