Quality Reviewer
(Tax professionals, experienced volunteers only) | Works with tax preparers to verify all client tax returns before transmitting. Tax Preparation and Computer Literacy Required | A one-day refresher course is available. |
Volunteer Interpreter
(No Experience Required) | Interpreters, both verbal and sign language, are needed to serve non-English speaking and hearing-impaired tax payers. Interpreters are generally assigned to greet the public and serve as screeners to ensure non-English speaking/hearing-impaired taxpayers understand what is required to prepare their tax returns. Financial Management Training Instructor
