4th Annual Children's Network
Diaper Drive
Our families need our help
now more than ever in the light of recent ‘trigger’ cuts at the State
level to health and human services.
A recent survey of local
family and child-serving agencies reported an overwhelming need for
diapers for their families, while public assistance programs - such as
the Federal “Women, Infants and Children” program (WIC) - do not provide
financial assistance for diapers.
Anyone who has raised a child
understands how expensive diapers can be: a typical baby can go through
40-60 diapers a week, and many of our families have more than one child
in diapers in the home!
The Children’s Network
kicking off our annual diaper drive to help meet the needs of families
across Solano County.
We are seeking out local
youth groups, Girl Scout troops, agencies, service organizations, and
Good Samaritans who are looking for a great cause to become involved
with! Help us help our local families by starting a diaper drive in your
community. While any and all diapers are appreciated, there is a need
for non-newborn sizes (size 2 and up).
If you have diapers to
donate, please call us at (707) 421-7229 to arrange for drop-off.
You can also donate diapers
directly to us via our Amazon.com
wish-list.

starting a diaper drive or volunteering your time, please contact:
